Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by DHL or FedEx depending on the country you reside in. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you fill in at the checkout. Price, currency, VAT, and shipping fee will be adjusted depending on the shipping country.
a. Processing Time
We process any order from 24 to 48 hours sharp. Our production time for any product is 24-48 hours.
b. Delivery time and shipping fee
All shipments are sent by DHL or FedEx depending on the country you reside in. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you fill in at the checkout. Price, currency, VAT, and shipping fee will be adjusted depending on the shipping country.
The shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout before the final payment step.
Ship Within US: The general delivery time is about 7-10 days within the USA territory.
EU Zone: Delivery time is about 12-15 days depending on the region.
Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks depending on the country.
c. Uncollected packages
We will charge 25 EUR for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
d. Customs and import fees
You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your selected shipping country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting relevant authority or local FedEx branch.
Customers from Norway will pay 25% VAT directly to Dedicated on all orders up to 3000 NOK.
Dedicated will declare the VAT directly to the Norwegian government.
No custom fees on these orders (up to 3000 NOK) will be issued.
